EXECUTIVE BOARD
The NUIBC executive board serves to provide a continued vision and administrative services to the organization and its members. Executive members are selected for their dedication to enhancing the educational experience of NUIBC members, as well as strengthening Northwestern's recruiting presence in the finance industry.

Bella Campise

Bella is a junior from Chicago, IL pursuing majors in Economics and Chinese. Her previous experiences include interning at Bank of America’s Investment Banking Division in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging group this past summer, along with experiences in corporate private equity, CRE credit, and real estate development. Next summer, she will intern at Blackstone’s Real Estate Acquisitions group. On campus, Bella is involved in Northwestern Capital Management (NCM), the Hispanic Finance Association (HFA), and the Northwestern Undergraduate Real Estate Club (NUREC). In her free time, she enjoys painting, yoga, Pilates, and spending time with her family.

Andrew Karofsky

​Andrew is a junior from New York, NY pursuing a major in Economics and a minor in Business Institutions. His previous experiences include interning at Millennium Management within a Capital Structure Arbitrage team this past summer, along with experience in M&A Investment Banking at CDI Global during his sophomore year. Next summer, he will be interning with KKR’s Corporate Private Equity group in the Media & Tech Services team in New York. On campus, Andrew is involved in the Investment Management Group (IMG). Andrew is a Boston sports fan, and in his free time enjoys playing poker, reading, and spending time with his family.

Diego is a junior from Madrid, Spain. He is studying Industrial Engineering and Computer Science. His past experiences include Everwood Capital, CDI Global M&A, and Portobello Capital. He will be intern with Blackstone’s Tactical Opportunities group this upcoming summer. On campus, Diego is involved in Investment Management Group (IMG). In his free time, he enjoys playing soccer and walking.

Josh Radner

Josh is a junior from the Chicago suburbs. At Northwestern, he studies Economics and International Studies. His previous experience includes BDT & MSD Partners and CDI Global M&A. This summer, he will be interning in PJT Partners’ Strategic Advisory (M&A) group in New York. On campus, Josh is involved in the Investment Management Group (IMG) and the Student Ski Trip. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, hiking, and playing sports.

Sam is a junior from Allentown, PA studying Economics with a minor in History. His previous experiences include Lehigh Valley Investment Group, Shore Capital Partners, and Edgewater Markets. He will be interning at Perella Weinberg Partners in New York this summer. On campus, Sam is involved with Northwestern Capital Management (NCM) and intramural basketball. In his free time, he enjoys following Philadelphia sports and playing basketball with friends.​

Sarah is a junior from Houston, TX studying History and Economics. She's worked at Waud Capital Partners and Deutsche Bank with plans to be with Lazard this upcoming summer. On campus, Sarah is involved in Investment Management Group (IMG) and Student Government. In her free time, she enjoys sitcoms, reading, and tennis.

Christine is a junior majoring in Economics and Global Health. She grew up in Shanghai and Hong Kong. Her previous experiences include Bank of America, TDP, and TikTok. She will be going to Evercore’s Healthcare M&A group in Menlo Park this summer. On campus, Christine is involved in Investment Management Group (IMG) and Business in Healthcare. In her free time, she enjoys cycling and trying out different Asian restaurants.

Stef is a junior from Cleveland, Ohio studying Applied Mathematics and Engineering. Stef has experience working in investment banking, private equity, and venture capital, and will soon be starting at Evercore’s Financial Restructuring group in New York next summer. Other campus involvements include the Investment Management Group and Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. In his free time, Stef enjoys watching and discussing sports and playing Texas Hold’em Poker.

Ian is a junior studying economics from Fremont, California. His previous experiences were at Lighthaven Capital Management as a L/S equity analyst, Battery Ventures as a deal sourcing extern, and at KKR in the Client and Partner group. This summer, he will be joining Centerview Partners in the tech M&A group. On campus, Ian is involved in AKPsi as well as the billiards club. In his free time, he enjoys photography, travel, and playing soccer (both recreationally and for intramurals).
